Overview
Christian Silva is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach Office and specializes in the areas of insurance defense, negligent security, premises liability, automobile, and trucking.
Before pursuing his career in law, Mr. Silva served in the United States Marine Corps. He completed a nine-month tour in Afghanistan, where he was awarded a certificate of commendation for his exemplary performance as the Platoon’s radio operator during more than 130 patrols. He later deployed with a Marine Air-Ground Task Force to Australia.
Mr. Silva graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College of Florida International University with a double major Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University’s College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Silva earned a CALI book award in admiralty law as recognition for obtaining the highest score in the course. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk focused on business litigation and insurance defense.
