Bryce James Uy is an Associate in the firm's Orlando office. He primarily practices in the areas of federal practice, insurance defense litigation, personal injury protection, trucking accident defense, and vehicle negligence.
Mr. Uy earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Sociopolitical Arabic Studies at Marquette University in 2017. Thereafter, he attended the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he participated in the immigration clinic, Student Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Bradwell Chapter. He earned his Juris Doctor in 2020.
Mr. Uy began his career as a licensed Florida attorney by representing a great volume of homeowners and commercial property owners in first party property claims all across the state of Florida. This start in first party property is also where he began championing his clients' rights and interests by leading them to resolution from pre-suit matters, through appraisals, mediations, arbitrations, and civil litigation.
Mr. Uy has served on the board for the Barry Law Alumni Association as President-Elect, President, and now President Emeritus wherein he mentors new legal professionals and works to elevate both the legal community and the public through continued education and charity programming. When he is not in the office or courtroom, his time is spent with friends and family, house projects, cooking, and his two dogs and two cats.
