Broderick E. Schwinghammer

Broderick Edward Schwinghammer is an Associate in the firm's Miami office. He primarily focuses his practice on premises liability and vehicle negligence.

Mr. Schwinghammer attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. He later earned his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review. Mr. Schwinghammer was also a 3L Ambassador for the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Schwinghammer interned for the Honorable Robert T. Watson of the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
