Andrew S. Fernandez

Andrew S. Fernandez is an Associate at the firm's Miami office. In addition to the legal knowledge related to artificial intelligence and intellectual property cultivated during his studies in law school, Mr. Fernandez's current legal focus lies in civil litigation and construction claims, adeptly representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and construction consultants. His practice includes defect litigation, mechanics liens, contract drafting, and real estate transactions.

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mr. Fernandez also brings a deep understanding of the community to his legal practice. A proud Cuban-American, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law. 

Fluent in English and Spanish, Mr. Fernandez ensures effective communication with a diverse clientele.
