After 8 days of trial, Jeff Partlow and Allaa Tayeb obtained a complete defense verdict in Brevard County in a commercial dispute.
The plaintiff initially filed suit against a hospital physician group for breach of a management services agreement. The hospital physician group then filed counterclaims for breach of multiple contracts, breach of fiduciary duty, and aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty.
CSK was retained to defend the counterclaims brought against Plaintiff and its president. The jury returned a complete defense verdict on all the counterclaims (and our client was awarded damages for its claim as the plaintiff).
