Lissette Gonzalez of CSK’s Miami office obtained a per curiam affirmance of the JCC’s order denying the claimant’s claim with prejudice because the claimant failed to meet her burden for temporary total disability and temporary partial disability benefits. The claimant also failed to establish a prima facie case for the indemnity period in question.
