Zach is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. He practices in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. Since 2014, his practice has focused on real estate construction matters on behalf of developers, design professionals, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers.
Although the bulk of Zach’s practice revolves around litigation, he also has significant transactional experience preparing and negotiating a variety of legal documents including real estate development agreements, sales and lease agreements, financing agreements and corporate governance documents.
Zach earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2009. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in 2006 with a major in political science and a minor in economics.
Zach is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
