Ulises Guinea is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Guinea’s practice is focused primarily in the area of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation and general civil litigation.
Mr. Guinea earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University, his Master of Fine Arts degree from the University of Miami and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. During his time in law school, he interned at a high profile plaintiff’s medical malpractice law firm where he gained valuable litigation insight and experience.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Guinea spent years representing various medical facilities in cases against major insurance companies and now applies his knowledge of insurance litigation in their defense.
Mr. Guinea has been a member of the Florida Bar since October of 2012 and is licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Guinea is a Miami native and is fluent in Spanish.
