Ms. Wolgast graduated from Florida State University with a Bachlor of Science Degree in Criminology with a Minor in Psychology. After earning her undergraduate degree, Ms. Wolgast then graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Barry University School of Law earning a Juris Doctorate.
In law school, Ms. Wolgast an Associate and Senior Editor on the Barry Law Child and Family Law Journal. Her articles “A Long Fight: The LBGTQ Community’s Road to Equality in Florida,” and “Parental Rights in School Searches and Questioning” were published on the journal’s blog. Additionally, Ms. Wolgast gained courtroom experience through Barry Law’s Juvenile Defense Clinic where she represented youths charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses. Ms. Wolgast also served as a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing classes at Barry Law.
She works in the Firm’s Orlando office and defends all types of general liability claims and those involving serious personal injuries.
