Thameshwarie “Natasha” Ghamandi is an associate at the Orlando office. Her practice area focuses primarily on general liability litigation, auto negligence, premises liability, medical negligence, and nursing home and assisted living facility neglect and abuse cases.
Ms. Ghamandi graduated with honors from Barry Law School where she served as the Dean’s Writing Fellow and Research Assistant for Legal Research and Writing. She also received two book awards. During her law school career, she also worked as a medical records reviewer for a local firm and served as the Elder Justice Summer Fellow at Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida. In addition, her article on “The Effects of Forcible Separation and the Ramifications Involved in Using Genetic Testing to Reunite Immigrants at the Border,” was selected for publication.
Before entering law school, Ms. Ghamandi obtained her B.S. in Microbiology & Cell Science and her M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Florida. As a Research Assistant, she studied the efficacy of using ketogenic therapy as a treatment for epilepsy in children with intractable epilepsy. She continued to explore the inner workings of the human body and later became a chiropractor and also a professor at a local community college teaching various life sciences related college classes.
