Simone Honeygan


Simone Honeygan is an Associate in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale West office. Ms. Honeygan’s practice areas include civil litigation, construction, representation of directors and officers for profit and non-profit entities, and product liability.

Ms. Honeygan completed her undergraduate studies at the Florida State University and received her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. Ms. Honeygan is admitted to practice before all county and state courts in the State of Florida and all state courts in the State of New York. She is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Honeygan practiced for several years at a national law firm in New York City, where she represented Fortune 500 corporations, including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, in matters sounding in mass tort, labor law and product liability. In 2019, she was named National Black Lawyers, Top 40 under 40 New York.
