Sasha Pandolfo is an attorney in Cole, Scott & Kissane P.A.’s Tampa office. Ms. Pandolfo’s practice areas include catastrophic and personal injury, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, fraud litigation, professional and legal malpractice, premises liability, SIU insurance fraud, and Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”).

Ms. Pandolfo earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law where she earned numerous honors including being a member of the Stetson Law Trial Team, winning the Wehle Award for Best Advocate in Trial Advocacy, and being awarded the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for completing over 300 hours of legal pro-bono work before graduation. While attending law school, Sasha served as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney’s Office in both the 13th and 6th Judicial Circuits, sitting second chair on DUI trials, arguing motions to the court and winning favorable judgment in several bench trials pertaining to city ordinance violations. Additionally, she has worked for both the United States Attorney’s Office, Middle District of Florida, as well as the Public Defender’s Office, 13th Judicial Circuit.

Ms. Pandolfo earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences from the University of South Florida. Prior to her legal career, Sasha worked at the USAO, MDFL as a Student Clerk, the Public Defender’s Office, 13th Judicial Circuit as a Legal Assistant, as a server at various bay area restaurants, and a promotions assistant for local radio stations.
