Sadaf Chaudhry


Sadaf Chaudhry is an Associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in the West Palm Beach office. Ms. Chaudhry generally practices in the area of Commercial Litigation, Labor and Employment Law, Legal Malpractice, Directors and Officers Liability, Trademark and Copyright Litigation, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, and Community Association Law.

Ms. Chaudhry graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University in 2014 and attended University of Florida Levin College of Law, class of 2018. At UF Law, Ms. Chaudhry pursued leadership opportunities with organizations on campus, where she was nominated to serve on four Executive Boards and earned UF Law’s Pro-Bono Certificate exemplifying over 400 hours devoted to her community.

During her 1L year, she was awarded The Washington Center Florida Scholarship where she interned for a national non-profit legal aid society in Washington, D.C. During her 2L year, she was approved by the Florida Supreme Court to become a Certified Legal Intern which allowed her to participate at UF Law’s Gator TeamChild Juvenile Advocacy Clinic. Here, she was a Student Attorney under the supervision of Judge Meshon Rawls to provide legal services to detained juveniles and represented them in court. Simultaneously, she was a part-time Judicial Intern for the Honorable Kristine Van Vorst for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Alachua County Courthouse.

Ms. Chaudhry continued her non-profit pursuits and was awarded a Fellowship to provide legal services to the indigent community of Charleston, South Carolina during the summer of her 2L year. She then participated in a semester in practice during her final semester in law school with the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Enforcement and Examiners division at the SEC Miami Regional office. Here, she participated in securities law and worked on high-profile classified broker-dealer cases mainly regarding Ponzi schemes and insider trading, reviewed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and Rule 10b-5 violations.
