Ryan M. Ranson is an associate in the Firm’s West Palm Beach offices. His practice includes Commercial Litigation, Business and Commercial Law, Fiduciary Litigation, Directors and Officers, Employment Law, Workers Compensation, Homeowners Association Law and General Civil Litigation.
Mr. Ranson comes from a long line of attorneys and judges, and joins his mother, father, sister, brother-in-law, and step-mother as the sixth practicing attorney in his immediate family. Mr. Ranson completed his undergraduate degree at West Virginia University, and law school studies at the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law, in Gainesville, FL. During law school he interned for the Honorable Chief Justice Workman in the West Virginia Supreme Court.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Ranson served as a law clerk for the highest court in WV, and worked as a law clerk in Fort Lauderdale, FL assisting attorneys with cases valued at hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Ranson is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in Florida and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
