Raquel A. Toral is an associate in Cole, Scott & Kissane’s Miami office. She focuses her practice in the areas of insurance defense and bad faith disputes, including first party property.
Ms. Toral graduated from the University of Miami School of Law. She received the Director’s Award in Forensics of Advocacy in International Arbitration. She was also the Articles & Comments Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review and served as President of the Dade County Bar Association University of Miami Student Chapter.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Toral served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John O’Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mercedes Bach, Retired, of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
Ms. Toral holds an LL.M. in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law.
