Randy Lambert is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. His practice includes first party property, construction defect, motor vehicle negligence and general liability work.
Randy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. During law school, Randy served as the Executive Editor for the Child and Family Law Journal and the Director of Interschool Competitions for the Moot Court Honors Board. Additionally, while in law school, he received book awards in Federal Civil Procedure, Disability Law, Trial Advocacy, and Motions and Depositions.
Before joining Cole, Scott, and Kissane, Randy worked as an attorney for a local criminal defense and civil rights firm. There, he worked on a variety of cases, including defense of capital felonies.
Prior to pursuing a career in the legal field, Randy served his country in the United States Army for eight years, where he worked in military law enforcement, serving as a criminal investigator and traffic accident investigator. He is a combat veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
