Patrick Walkington is an associate in the firm’s Miami Office. Mr. Walkington practices in the area of general civil litigation, with a primary focus on Premises Liability, Catastrophic and Personal Injury, Vehicle Negligence and (PIP) litigation.
Mr. Walkington received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2013 from Florida International University. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2016 from Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school, he interned at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida under the Honorable Peter R. Lopez in 2014, and at the Third District Court of Appeals of Florida under the Honorable Vance E. Salter in 2015. At the end of his 3L year, he completed a clinical externship at the Department of Children and Families – Children’s Legal Services where he was recognized by Barry University School of Law for his outstanding performance in the clinical program.
After graduating law school, Mr. Walkington continued to work at Children’s Legal Services where he advocated on behalf of the State for the children and families of the Miami area. He then engaged in the practice of Worker’s Compensation law at Cesar A. Armstrong & Associates, P.A., before he joined our team at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.
Mr. Walkington is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
