Nick Spetsas is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. His practice focuses on the defense of civil litigation claims, including, but not limited to, personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, dram shop, motor vehicle accident, and workers’ compensation.
Mr. Spetsas obtained his Bachelors of the Arts degree in Political Science from Flagler College. Prior to Flagler College, Mr. Spetsas was an NCAA Division-I swimmer at Loyola University Maryland. He later received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Spetsas interned in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company and the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott, Kissane, P.A., Mr. Spetsas worked as an attorney defending corporations in workers’ compensation claims throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Spetsas is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in Florida.
