Nadia Douglas is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Her areas of practice are primarily focused on general civil litigation, insurance representation, first party property claims, subrogation disputes, fraud litigation and Special Investigations (SIU). Originally from Bronx, New York, Nadia earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, she received book awards in Trial Advocacy, Law Office Practice, and Motions and Depositions. Nadia was active in the Student Bar Association and held board positions on various campus organizations.
Before joining Cole, Scott, and Kissane, Nadia worked for a local civil litigation and family law firm. There, she worked on a variety of cases, including estate planning, real estate and title insurance transactions, dissolutions, guardianships, and adoptions.
