Mindi Friedman is an Associate in the Firm’s Tampa office. She practices in the areas of general civil litigation, including wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, trucking and automobile accident cases, as well as construction defects, professional liability, nursing home and medical malpractice litigation.
Ms. Friedman earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, cum laude, from the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette, she was as a research assistant for the National Sports Law Institute, an Admissions Ambassador, and Director of Communications for the Business Law Society. She received Dean’s List and a book award for Advanced Legal Research. She was also a member of, and published upon graduation by, the Marquette Sports Law Review.
Ms. Friedman is a member of the Florida Bar and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
