Michael Boehringer is an associate in the firm’s West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property, Banking and Finance, Professional Malpractice, Employment and Labor, Real Estate Litigation, and Homeowners’ Association and Condominium Law.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management with a minor in Mathematics from Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. Mr. Boehringer receiver his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, he served as the Notes & Comments Editor on the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal, participated in the Lisa Foundation Patent Law Clinic, and was awarded the Law Science & Innovation, Intellectual Property Certificate.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Boehringer worked as a legal intern at MayesTelles, a criminal defense firm located in Phoenix, Arizona. Prior to that, he interned for the Honorable Justice Andrew Gould of the Arizona Supreme Court.
