Meagan Culpepper is an associate with the firm’s West Palm Beach Office and concentrates on the area of Labor and Employment.
Ms. Culpepper received her Juris Doctor, with a certificate of concentration in advocacy from Stetson University College of Law in 2013. Prior to attending law school, she earned a Bachelors of Arts in Criminology from the University of South Florida.
After graduating law school Ms. Culpepper focused largely on prison reform and civil rights advocacy. Transitioning into civil litigation, she served both as plaintiffs’ and defense counsel regarding labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination and civil rights at the administrative, state, and federal levels. Ms. Culpepper went in to private practice for several years continuing civil litigation involving employment discrimination case, general civil litigation, and family law before joining Cole, Scott, and Kissane, P.A.
Prior to and throughout her legal career, Ms. Culpepper has remained an avid supporter of community organizations promoting diversity and inclusion. She continues to volunteer countless hours of pro bono services to communities in need and brings to the Firm her passion and drive to help others.
Ms. Culpepper is admitted to practice in all state courts within Florida.
