Marian B. Greer is an associate with Cole, Scott and Kissane’s Tampa office. She practices in the area of general civil litigation, catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, vehicle negligence, and trucking accident defense.
Marian is a native of Memphis, Tennessee, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree magna cum laude. During law school, Marian served as law clerk for Shelby County Criminal Court Judge Paula Skahan and additionally, worked as a student attorney in the Cecil C. Humphrey’s School of Law’s Child and Family Litigation Clinic. Upon obtaining her Juris Doctor, Marian served as an Assistant District Attorney in Shelby County, Tennessee and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia. Marian has since focused her practice on civil defense and has represented clients throughout the State of Florida in a range of civil litigation matters.
Ms. Greer is admitted to practice before all county and circuit courts in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Marian is a member of the Florida Bar, the Tennessee Bar, and the Georgia Bar.
