Lukas Goettke is an associate in the firm’s Jacksonville office whose primary areas of practice is Personal Injury Protection, insurance coverage disputes, and related claims. He also works as part of the firm’s General Counsel practice group and Corporate, Real Estate and Title Insurance Practice Group.
Mr. Goettke attended Antioch College in Ohio where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics before attaining his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. While at the University of Georgia, Mr. Goettke was a member of the Journal Intellectual Property Law editorial board, and participated in the Prosecutorial Justice Clinic program where he was a Student Prosecutor. As a sworn Student Prosecutor for the state of Georgia, Mr. Goettke first chaired many hearings.
Prior to working with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Goettke interned for DLA Piper in Moscow, Russia where he worked primarily on real estate acquisition and commercial acquisition contract matters.
