Lindsay Lee Sechrist is a Partner in the Bonita Springs/Naples office. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Sechrist was in-house counsel for a homeowner’s insurance company in South Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida. She went on to earned her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While at FSU, she was a recipient of the Ladd Academic Scholarship and received a commendation for her pro-bono service upon graduation.
In her years with CSK, Ms. Sechrist has concentrated her practice on state and federal civil litigation matters in the areas of first-party property, condominium and homeowners’ associations, commercial and residential property law, premises liability, employment law, and professional negligence, including the representation of lawyers, Realtors, brokers, and title agents. She is an integral part of the firm’s Property Group, assisting multiple carriers in coverage matters, including conducting examinations under oath, preparing coverage opinions in both first-party and third-party claims, and litigation. Ms. Sechrist has tried several cases through to verdict.
