Kimberly Archila is an associate with the firm’s Miami office. She practices in the area of first party property claims.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Archila spent over four years as an Assistant State Attorney with Miami-Dade County’s Office of the State Attorney. During her time as a prosecutor, Ms. Archila tried over thirty jury trials, including misdemeanors, violent life felonies, and homicides. For the final year and a half, she was in the Gang Strike Force Specialized Unit where she worked closely with several State and Federal agencies.
Ms. Archila completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she also received a Certificate in Legal Research, Writing, and Drafting. She is fluent in Spanish.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
