Kelsey Williams is an associate in the Firm’s Orlando office. Her practice focuses on the defense of civil litigation claims, including but not limited to, personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.
Kelsey graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While in law school, she was an editor for Barry’s Law Review, and the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honors Board. Kelsey competed in four moot court competitions and won awards for brief writing, including a best brief award in a national competition. Prior to attending law school, Kelsey worked for a local personal injury law firm, and while in law school she worked as a legal intern for one of the largest insurance companies in Central Florida.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Kelsey represented the State of Florida as a prosecutor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orange County. Kelsey’s wide variety of experience gives her a unique perspective and valuable insight into the cases she now handles.
