Justin Levitt is an associate at the firm’s Tampa office. He has prior experience in general commercial litigation, including construction-related claims. His current practice focuses on insurance defense and construction litigation. Justin’s clients include contractors, engineers, architects, and other professionals in all stages of construction defect claims from pre-suit demand to jury.
Justin is from Tampa, Florida and attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Before going to law school, Justin worked for JP Morgan Chase. He received his Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law in 2013. While in law school, he was an articles editor and team leader for the FAMU Law Review.
Justin is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and a charter member of the Land O’ Lakes Rotary Club.
