Julia M. Williams is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. Her areas of practice include all aspects of insurance and general liability defense, including personal injury defense, premises liability, automobile liability, and insurance coverage disputes.
Julia attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Julia then earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Julia studied international law at the University of Oxford, England and the University of Seville, Spain. She also interned at the Florida Supreme Court with Justice James E. C. Perry.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Julia served four years in the Air Force JAG Corps, where she prosecuted courts-martial, represented victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, and defended the Air Force before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
Julia is actively involved with the Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando where she fosters cats and kittens.
