Joshua was born in Buena Vista, Virginia, and is an associate in the Firm’s Tampa offices. His practice includes Business and Commercial Law, Commercial Litigation, Construction, General Civil Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Carrier Representation, Architects and Engineers, Cyber Risk and Privacy Liability, Accountant’s Malpractice, Banking and Financial, Class Action, HOA Law, Directors and Officers, Land Use Litigation, Legal Malpractice, Government Relations, Federal Practice, Qui Tam and Professional Malpractice.
Joshua attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He then attended Alabama where he earned his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration. While at Alabama, Joshua interned for the United States Attorney’s Office in Roanoke, Virginia and was a summer intern for Federal Magistrate Judge James G. Welsh in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Joshua practiced at several boutique firms, handling cases in Business Law, Criminal Defense, Real Estate, and General Litigation.
Joshua is licensed in Florida and the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida.
