Jenna Updike is a State and Federal court civil litigator who focuses her practice in the following areas:  business/commercial litigation; employment discrimination and retaliation complaints/investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), the Florida Commission on Human Relations (“FCHR”) and The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (“OFCCP”), as well as subsequent related litigation; wage and hour actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”) and otherwise; condominium and homeowners’ association litigation; Fair Housing Act (“FHA”) complaints/investigation before HUD and subsequent litigation; corporate director and officer disputes; corporate derivative actions; landlord tenant litigation; errors and omissions claims; defamation litigation; and professional malpractice matters.

Jenna received her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Political Science. Thereafter, Jenna attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, graduating in the top of her class. During her time in law school, Jenna was a member of Nova Trial Association and Moot Court Society where she competed nationally on behalf of both honor organizations. Jenna was also a member of Nova Law Review and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to practicing law, Jenna was a Law Clerk for Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. during her final year of law school.
