J. David Atkins is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. His practice areas include: construction, country club, condominium and homeowner’s association Law, employment and Labor, hospitality and industry defense, premises liability, product liability, security negligence, trucking accident defense and vehicle negligence.
Mr. Atkins, who is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, is a former college football player and received his Bachelor of Arts, in Political Science, from Florida Atlantic University. He attended the University of Toledo College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate before obtaining a Masters of Arts, in Post-Conflict Development, from the New School University’s Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy. As a Master’s candidate, Mr. Atkins represented his college as Co-chair of the New School’s University Student Senate Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Atkins was an associate with the Law Office of Keith W. Meisel, P.A. before operating his own solo-practice.
