Hitham Eldaher is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Eldaher devotes most of his practice to a broad spectrum of construction and complex civil litigation matters. He represents and advises developers, contractors, and subcontractors in construction disputes, including defect, contract, and lien enforcement cases.
Mr. Eldaher earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami school of Law in 2017. While in law school Hitham focused his studies on: pre-trial and trial advocacy, and complex civil litigation and procedure. Hitham received Honors in Miami’s Litigation Skills program during his second year of law school. During law school Hitham interned at: the Nassau County District Attorney’s office in Long island, The Federal Public Defender’s Office in Miami, Disability Independence Group in Miami, The Law Office of Arturo Dopazo in Miami, and Gray Robinson, P.A. in Miami.
Prior to joining CSK, Mr. Eldaher practiced at the Public Defender’s Office in Broward County. During this time Mr. Eldaher zealously advocated for his indigent clients in juvenile court. Prior to leaving the Public Defender’s Office Mr. Eldaher handled complex criminal defense matters in adult felony court.
