Hillary Sharp Dimitri is an associate in the firm’s First Party Property division. She focuses her practice in insurance defense of first party property claims and bad faith disputes.
Ms. Sharp Dimitri graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, where she also earned an LL.M in International Arbitration. While in law school, Ms. Sharp Dimitri served as president of the Hispanic Law Students Association and participated the school’s Investor Rights Clinic. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Sharp Dimitri practiced commercial litigation and dispute resolution representing corporate clients and family enterprises.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Ms. Sharp Dimitri is a native Spanish speaker. She is also fluent in Portuguese, Italian, and French, and is able to hold casual conversations in Arabic. Ms. Sharp Dimitri holds a Masters degree in International Security from the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals in Barcelona, Spain and a Bachelors degree with a double major in Political Science and Communication from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX.
Ms. Sharp Dimitri is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the State of New York.
