Harley C. Clement is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Orlando office, where she focuses her practice in the defense of general commercial liability and medical malpractice claims.
Ms. Clement is a graduate of the University of Central Florida (B.S., B.A.) and New England Law | Boston (J.D., cum laude). While in law school, she served as the Executive Comment & Note Editor of the New England Law Review, was recognized as a New England Scholar, received the CALI Excellence Award for Medical Malpractice, and was a member of the ABA Negotiation Team.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clement was a Law Clerk at a prominent medical malpractice defense firm, and completed internships at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the United States Attorneys’ Office.
Ms. Clement is admitted to practice in the state of Florida and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar Association.
