Grettel Zubiaur is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Miami Office. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation, condominium and community association, vehicle negligence, personal injury, premises liability, construction litigation, and employment law.

Ms. Zubiaur earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Florida International University; she was part of the Honors Program, and graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Zubiaur received her Juris Doctor from Florida International University, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Zubiaur was an Articles Editor for Law Review, and an active member of both Moot Court and Trial Team. She was also a Dean’s List Scholar, and a recipient of CALI Excellence of the Future Awards and of Judge Aaron B. Cohen’s Judicial Externship Scholarship.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zubiaur was an Assistant State Attorney in Miami Dade County for almost four and a half years. As an Assistant State Attorney, she tried approximately twenty jury trials and gained substantial litigation experience.
