Graciana Berlin is an associate at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in the firm’s Orlando office.
Ms. Berlin attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She later attended the University of Miami School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.
During her time in law school, Ms. Berlin worked as a judicial intern for a Broward County judge and spent time interning at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. She earned the Theodore Kline Endowed Scholarship for demonstrating ability and excellence in oral and written advocacy, and placed on the Dean’s List for the 2018-2019 school year.
Prior to working with Cole, Scott and Kissane, P.A., Ms. Berlin worked as a prosecutor at the State Attorney’s Office of the 9th Judicial Circuit, where she gained significant experience in evidentiary hearings, motions, and trials.
Ms. Berlin is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
