Garrett Olsen is an Associate in the Orlando office of Cole, Scott & Kissane, where he is a member of the Construction Litigation practice group.

Garrett’s practice focuses on construction litigation matters, including construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors; professional liability claims and general business disputes on behalf of design professionals; as well as premises liability claims on behalf of property owners.

Garrett recently graduated from the Florida State University College of Law with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, and also received a Certificate in Environmental and Land Use Law, with honors. Prior to earing his Juris Doctor, Garrett attended the University of South Florida where he earned his B.A. in Economics and Philosophy, cum laude. Prior to joining the firm, Garrett served as a summer associate for a well known Central-Florida firm and clerked for a large city government, focusing primarily on civil and commercial litigation.
