Flor Leiva is an associate attorney in the firm’s Orlando office, where she focuses on first-party property claims.
Ms. Leiva earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Affairs from Florida State University. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. During law School Ms. Leiva was a member of Barry’s Trial Team and served as Director of the First Year Moot Court Competition of the Moot Court Honors Board. She competed in three national moot court competitions and won awards for brief writing and oral advocacy.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Leiva worked as a Law Clerk for a local real estate and business law firm.
