Elizabeth Chantel Greene is an associate at the Firm’s Tampa office. Her practice includes business law, commercial litigation, legal malpractice, probate litigation, and professional malpractice.
Ms. Greene attended the University of South Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Greene worked with a non-profit mental health organization in Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Greene earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Ms. Greene received the highest grade distinction in Evidence, Research and Writing II, and Secured Transactions. During law school, Ms. Greene was a research assistant for Research and Writing; Dean Appointed member of the Master Planning Committee; Dean Appointed member of the Faculty Interviewing Committee; and President of Lambda Legal Society Student Organization. Additionally, Ms. Greene held a position as a law clerk with a local firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. There, she assisted in the representation of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and probate litigation matters.
Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Greene transitioned from law clerk to Associate Attorney with the same firm in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Ms. Greene is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and St. Petersburg Bar Association. She is also a member of the Barney Masterson Inn of Court.
