Diana DeGiorgio is an Associate at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West Office. Her primary areas of practice include: General Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and Premises Liability.
Ms. DeGiorgio received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Business Administration and Music and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, and Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, graduating with a Concentration in International Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. DeGiorgio owned a small practice that specialized in successfully defending homeowners and business owners from mortgage foreclosure throughout South Florida. In addition to her legal career, Ms. DeGiorgio spoke internationally in a motivational capacity, mentoring thousands of individuals on owning their own business and creating diversified income streams. Due to her accomplishments, Ms. DeGiorgio was recognized as “Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Women, from 2011 to 2012.
Ms. DeGiorgio is licensed to practice in all county and civil courts in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Ms. DeGiorgio is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. She is also a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and WomenCertified Professional.
