David K. Rader is an associate in the firm’s Orlando office. His practice focuses on the defense of civil litigation claims, with an emphasis in Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Employment Law, Contract Law, and First Party Defenses. Mr. Rader is admitted to practice law in all Florida State Courts as well as the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Rader obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Political Science. He then went on to serve in the United States Army as Intelligence Analyst with the United States Army’s Criminal Investigation Division, where he deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. Mr. Rader received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University’s College of Law in Orlando, Florida. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Rader worked for a small personal injury and criminal defense firm. This experience provided him with a unique perspective and valuable insight into each case he now handles.
