Daniela Sirimarco is an associate in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West Office. She focuses on commercial litigation, country club, condominium, and Homeowners’ association law, insurance coverage and carrier representation, premises liability, product liability, and vehicle negligence.
Ms. Sirimarco earned her J.D. from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law at the top 1% of her class (summa cum laude). During her time in law school, she served as Assistant Lead Articles Editor of Nova Law Review. She was also an advocate for NSU’s Trial Association and served as Co-President of the Public Interest Law Society.
Prior to working at Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Ms. Sirimarco interned at the Third District Court of Appeals, Americans for Immigrant Justice, and the Office of the Attorney General.
