Daniela Salazar is an associate in the Firm’s Miami office. Her practice includes Vehicle Negligence and Toxic Tort: Asbestos.
Ms. Salazar received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement for her academic performance in Products Liability. While in law school, she served as a legal intern at the Investor Rights Clinic, where she represented under-served investors in securities arbitration claims before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Ms. Salazar graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. During her undergraduate career, Ms. Salazar participated as a research assistant at Florida International University’s Project on Language and Spatial Development studying the effects of spatial language on children’s numeracy and spatial skills.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Salazar served as defense counsel for insurance companies in first party property litigation. Ms. Salazar is fluent in Spanish.
