Daniel Adler is an Associate in the Fort Myers office. His primary practice areas include: premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, dram shop, negligent security , pre-suit SIU/fraud investigations, PIP, general civil litigation, and government relations Mr. Adler grew up in Southwest Florida and attended the Canterbury School of Fort Myers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. He received his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law while having proudly served as its Student Body President and Senior Editor of the Natural Resources Law Journal. Mr. Adler continued his legal education at The George Washington University Law School to attain his LLM in Business and Finance.
Before his time at Cole , Scott & Kissane, P.A. , Mr. Adler worked as a Senior Investigative Analyst at the Republican National Committee throughout the 2016 U.S . Presidential Election. After the campaign, Mr. Adler was appointed as a Special Assistant and Deputy White House Liaison to the Office of General Counsel for AmeriCorps , Senior Corps, and FEMA Corps (CNCS).
He is admitted to practice in Florida and Washington, DC.
