Michael Arendall is an experienced, AV®Preeminent™ rated commercial litigator in the firm’s Tampa office. He handles business and corporate matters, complex commercial litigation, real estate and land use matters, and legal malpractice defense.
Mr. Arendall is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida and in both the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. A member of The Florida Bar since 2007, Mr. Arendall has represented a broad segment of business and commercial interests, including property owners, contractors and subcontractors, developers, entrepreneurs, national and regional financial institutions, and private equity clients, among others, in meeting a host of legal challenges in and out of the courtroom.
Having advocated in or contributed to dozens of formal and informal mediation conferences in which clients were able to resolve their disputes, Mr. Arendall recognizes the strength and financial rewards realized when people and entities resolve their differences without resorting to adversarial litigation. However, where litigation is unavoidable, Mr. Arendall offers clients honest legal assessments, clear objectives, and aggressive advocacy.
Outside of the office, Mr. Arendall actively gives back to the Tampa Bay community through civic engagement and volunteer work, and he enjoys hiking, travel, and spending time with his German Shepherd, Max.
