Courtney Kaiser

Courtney Kaiser is an associate in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. Ms. Kaiser is a civil litigator and trial lawyer, who focuses her practice in the following areas: general civil litigation, business/commercial litigation, professional liability, construction litigation, architects and engineers, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury matters.

Ms. Kaiser graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. Ms. Kaiser then earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, Ms. Kaiser served as the Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review and as a Senator in the Student Bar Association.
