Brooklyn Rapchik- Gaughen is an associate with the firm’s Orlando Office, where she focuses primarily on First-Party Property claims and General Civil Litigation.
Brooklyn earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Telecommunications and Psychology from the University of Florida, and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from UF’s Levin College of Law. While attending law school, Brooklyn competed in multiple statewide mock trial competitions, as a member of Florida’s Trial Team. She also served as a section representative and board member for the John Marshall Bar Association.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Brooklyn represented the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit. In her time there, she gained valuable courtroom experience, and handled a wide variety of criminal cases from arraignment through resolution, including multiple jury trials.
