Brittany P. Cocchieri is an associate in the Bonita Springs office. Her practice focuses on First Party Property claims. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York, College at Oneonta. Ms. Cocchieri obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law, cum laude, graduating in the top 20% of her class. While in law school, she received awards for Research, Writing, and Advocacy I and Applied Critical Thinking and Legal Analysis. Ms. Cocchieri was initially a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and after her first year of law school, received the Saint Thomas More Full Tuition Scholarship. She served as an Associate Editor and Executive Notes Editor on the Ave Maria Law Review. Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Ms. Cocchieri worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit.
