Bria Campbell is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Campbell’s practice areas include General Civil Litigation, Insurance Coverage & Carrier Representation, Legal Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Health Care, Nursing Malpractice, Premises Liability, Professional Malpractice, Trucking Accident Defense, and Vehicle Negligence.
Ms. Campbell attended Florida Atlantic University where she received a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science & Health Promotion. Ms. Campbell then attended Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University College of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, she served as Editor on Law Review, Vice President of the American Constitution Society, and Parliamentarian of Women’s Law Caucus. Ms. Campbell had the opportunity to study abroad with Stetson University College of Law in the Summer of 2018 where she learned about Climate Justice, International Human Rights, Health Law Issues, Human Rights in Africa, and South Africa’s transition from Apartheid to Democracy.
Prior to joining CSK, Ms. Campbell had the opportunity to work as a LexisNexis Representative and law clerked at another prominent local defense firm that specialized in insurance defense, personal injury, and vehicle negligence. Ms. Campbell has also had the opportunity to work as an Assistant State Attorney for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. Ms. Campbell loves giving back to the community and spends her free time volunteering in the South Florida area.
